We accept almost all normal forms of payment, cheque, credit/debit cards, Pay Pal, etc. However, we do not have the facility to accept American Express.



Please note that we can only accept international orders for high price items if payment is made by Electronic transfer. Please call or email for details. We reserve the right to refuse any internet order.



0% finance is also available for instore customers, subject to status.

Shipping and Handling

Carriage charges apply to the UK only. Please email us for international shipping charges. All in stock items are usually despatched within 1-3 working days. Large items such as bikes are usually despatched within 3-5 working days. However, please allow 21 days for delivery.


Bikes - £19.95 on bikes up to £350.00, FREE on bikes over £350.00


Accessories - £2.95 for orders below £75, FREE for orders above £75

Helmets, Clothing, etc - £2.95 for orders below £75, FREE for orders above £75

Family Cycling - £4.95 per item

Frames & Forks - carriage FREE

Please note that due to the massive increase in credit card and online fraud we reserve the right to refuse any order and for any reason. ALL fraudulant transactions will be passed to the Police without exception.

VAT

All prices quoted on this website include VAT at the UK rate of 17.5% except where products are not subject to VAT.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, you will be given the option to back order it. If you choose to back order, you will be given an expected date for delivery and we will do our utmost to keep to that date, although we are at the mercy of our suppliers. Back orders will attract a 50% deposit at the point of ordering and will have the balance charged in full as soon as the product is despatched.

If we fail to get you the item requested within the agreed delivery time, your deposit will be refunded in full and the back order cancelled if you require. You will also have the opportunity to extend the back order if you choose.

If you wish to complain.

In the unlikely event that you should feel you need to complain, please contact the store either by telephone on 01472 231444 or by mail (contact details as per our Contact Page) and address your complaint directly to The Owner.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with any product that you buy from VeloSport.

If, in the unlikely event, you are not 100% happy with your purchase, VeloSport will refund the retail cost* of the product, provided that it is returned in a perfect saleable condition within 7 days.

Any item bought in error will be exchanged*, ie where you buy the wrong size.

All goods that we sell are covered by a warranty. Most items have a warranty provided by their respective manufacturer BUT this warranty must be carried out by us. If you feel that you have an item which is faulty, please return it to us with a copy of your original proof of purchase. If it is found to be a genuine fault of manufacture we will of course repair or replace it free of charge and return it to you with no postage charges. However, if the item is found not to have a genuine fault covered by it's warranty we will contact you to tell you of this. If you subsequently require the product to be returned back to you, we will have to make a charge for carriage.

*Unfortunately we cannot refund actual expense ie postage and packing and you will be charged for postage on any replacement items we send out where the original mistake was not ours.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT AND YOUR FULL CONTACT DETAILS ETC.

ALL ITEMS RETURNED TO US MUST BE SENT VIA A METHOD THAT REQUIRES A SIGNATURE AT OUR END. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE LOSS IN TRANSIT OF NONE SIGNED-FOR ITEMS.
