Bike stolen?You can now register the crime on the Humberside Police website at the link below. The local force are becoming more pro-active on cycle crime and are in the process of setting up a cycle register of local bike shops & serial numbers of bikes sold so there's a better chance of having your stolen bike returned.

Cycle Servicing
As part of our commitment to providing superior after-sales service the purchase price of all new cycles includes the following: FREE tune-up [up to 8 weeks after initial purchase] Within the first couple of months following initial purchase we provide a general inspection/tune-up to ensure that your cycle is running properly. This will principally include attention to the brakes and gears. 6 months free labour For the first six months of ownership we will carry out any repairs/upgrades to your cycle free of our usual workshop charges [standard component prices apply]. To arrange your service simply phone the store and book your cycle in. The only precondition for these services is that your cycle is brought into the workshop in a clean and tidy condition [there will be a £10 charge if we need to clean the bike in order to properly carry out any work on it].
